APT make Needle Scaler Model ANS 29 is ideal for general cleaning and de-rusting of structural steel prior to repainting. They are particularly useful for cleaning awkward corners and angles. The same can also be used for de-slagging welds, cleaning grime for stone-work and exposing aggregate in building panels.
